What do people want for Christmas?

Sometimes it is difficult choosing gifts for friends and loved ones for Christmas, what do they want? what do they need? What can I buy that I can afford?
Here are a few suggestions;
for me CD's are always a good present and my top picks this Christmas are:
Joe Bonamassa 'The Ballad of John Henry'

Blues gutarist Joe's 7th studio album, well worth a listen, the man is a genius in my book

 2) Martin Taylor 'Double Standards'

Martin Taylor, two guitar tracks overlayed, cool Jazz, what more can I say?

3) Midnight youth 'The brave don't run'

Modern Kiwi Rockers Midnight Youth's award winning album, with NZ's most played single 'The Letter'

4) Stevie Ray Vaughan & Double Trouble 'The Sky is Crying'

This posthumous album was put together by Stevie's brother Jimmy after the guitarists death, and is reputed as one of the best studio albums made. Flawless blues, a superb album, add it to your collection.

5) John McCusker 'under one sky'

Scottish musician John McCusker brings together, Graham Coxon, Juelie Fowlis and Roddy Woomble on this hour long cd of modern Scottish folk
